Evergreen Colorado is a small town located 15 minutes West of Denver just up in the Rocky Mountains.
Life here is abundant with nature and operates at a slower pace. Evergreen is a forest with a town in the middle of it. Herds of elk and deer, fox and an occasional moose are common sightings in our town.
People are very active here and take advantage of the many open space parks and natural resources here. Common activities here range from road biking, mountain biking, hiking, camping, fishing, fly fishing, running, outdoor ice skating and ice hockey, rock climbing, skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, Jeep trails, white water rafting, zip lining, dirt biking and horseback riding.
Evergreen is a great place for families to live and experience all that Colorado has to offer. Life is slower here and outdoor experiences are abundant. People are friendly here. You get to know the people by name who work in the coffee shops and grocery stores here. There is a real sense of community here. I moved my family here so that we could spend quality time together and partake in amazing outdoor experiences that would create memories to last a life time. Evergreen is close enough to Denver while just far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
