As trite as it may sound, Shad went above and beyond. We’ve got excellent realtor karma and have always been pleased with our realty experiences in the past. However, Shad put all that to absolute shame, leaving previous experiences in the dust. He met needs we didn’t even know we had. He always showed up with a giant smile, positive, warm energy and was armed with excellent and poignant questions. We looked forward to seeing him each and every time… what a fantastic human! Super Shad (our affectionate nickname for him) is a bright light that made the stress of a new build (and all the unexpected things that come with that) seem painless and easy. In addition, it has been so helpful to have a mountain living expert guide us through the transition from urban living. Shad been the support we didn’t even realize we needed. We cannot express our gratitude enough, and consider ourselves exceptionally lucky that we found him.

When I met her, she seemed more like a genuine neighbor that I knew for years. She is so down to earth. We then met Shad and he was also top notch and atypical of what we experienced in the past.
  We eventually decided to list our home and Claudine and Shad gave 110% in getting professional produced images and videos up quickly and ultimately sold our home in very short order.

  First, they were very knowledgeable about the areas surrounding Evergreen … More and Conifer. This allowed us to quickly narrow the search area. Additionally they provided great insight into how to transition from city life to mountain life.
  Second, they were always quick to react; helping us securing home showings and creating offer letters – most of the time over the weekends.
  Third they helped us understand the market trends via years of experience and market data allowing us to make informed pragmatic decisions versus emotional.
  Like I said earlier – the timing of our purchase was not ideal. We looked at 50+ homes, made 5+ offers, and walked away outbid each time! But after each Shad continuously reminded us to stay calm and that the house we get in the end would be the best one! He was right!
