Evergreen Colorado has four very distinct seasons and each is beautiful in its own way. I really enjoy Winter when it snows. It gets very quiet and peaceful outside. It’s fun to bundle up inside by the fire and watch a movie or read a book. Sometimes my family is feeling more adventurous and we may partake in sledding, skiing or ice skating at Evergreen Lake.
The nice thing about Winter in Evergreen is that the sun comes out, warms up the area and quickly melts the snow. Driving is rarely a problem as the roads are very well maintained. Evergreen is abundant with Ponderosa pine trees, spruce trees and wildlife. Winter is an amazing season here in Evergreen and I wanted to share with you what winter is like in Evergreen with this video. I hope you enjoy it.
Winter can be a great time to buy in the Denver Foothills. Depending on the market homes typically sell for less and there is less buyer competition in the Winter so there can be some deals to be had. Spring and Summer will offer more inventory but prices will be higher and there will be more buyer competition for homes. If you are interested in buying a home in Evergreen, Conifer, Genesee, Morrison, Golden, Bailey or Pine give me a call.
