My family and I relocated to Colorado and we came across Shad's website which was what originally fully sold us on the Evergreen area. We reached out to Shad and he got back to me right away and the next day he met up with me and my entire family. He spent the afternoon with us with less than 18 hours of notice (right around the holidays nonetheless) and his wife reached out to my wife to shed some light on the local schools. The process was long and drawn out because of the relocation from the east coast; took 6 months. However, Shad kept finding us homes and was always available to get together with me to see more homes when I came to town. He found us the perfect house for our family based on our needs which wasn't easy to find based on the home lay out we were looking for. The closing process was the most smooth process I've been a part of. Everything Shad uses was electronic so it was very easy for me to get documents signed and keep the process moving forward. If you're moving to the Evergreen of surrounding areas Shad is the best realtor based on local knowledge, accessibility, and closing the deal.

It was a great pleasure to work with Shad Phillips on our recent home purchase. We relocated from Minnesota to Colorado and the entire process from offer to close was smooth! We sold our home in Minnesota is less than a day and needed to quickly find something in the highly competitive Evergreen market. We were lucky to find the perfect home for us and Shad's attention to detail ensured we got it! We found ourselves in the dreaded multiple offers situation and even though our offer was not the highest it was accepted! Was pretty much everything we needed in a realtor was quick to respond either by phone, email, or text, always available when we had questions, and was quick to get answers if he wasn't sure off the top of his head. The closing process went incredibly smooth and overall it was (surprisingly) a mostly stress free experience considering it was our first home purchase! We are very happy with our home buying experience and would recommend Shad especially if you are looking for a home in or around the mountains (Evergreen, Morrison, etc.)!
