Working with Shad to purchase a home was an unexpected pleasure which we highly recommend. We were looking at different places to buy a home for retirement (very far from our current home) and decided on Evergreen after connecting with Shad and his extensive wealth of knowledge thru his Evergreen Experience web site. He initially gave us a comprehensive tour of the area while showing us a number of available houses that we passed on. Shad remained available to us by providing remote video tours of homes that looked inviting - giving us both positive and negative comments about what he was showing us.
