Shad is a WONDERFUL agent. Probably the most knowledgeable agent we have ever worked with. He was always 2 steps ahead of us and we are pretty self sufficient. Working with Shad to purchase a home was an unexpected pleasure which we highly recommend. We were looking at different places to buy a home for retirement (very far from our current home) and decided on Evergreen after connecting with Shad and his extensive wealth of knowledge thru his Evergreen Experience web site. He initially gave us a comprehensive tour of the area while showing us a number of available houses that we passed on. Shad remained available to us by providing remote video tours of homes that looked inviting - giving us both positive and negative comments about what he was showing us. He remained positive even after we backed out of one deal due to issues beyond his or our control and continued to provide help in finding another house that could be our dream home. Shad and his team (Hi Olivia) led us every step of the way from the initial offer thru inspections, etc. all the way to closing and beyond - making the purchase of our new dream home almost as easy as buying ice cream.

Where to even begin? 5 stars simply isn't enough. Our experience with Shad Phillips as an Evergreen Co Realtor was nothing less than perfection from the initial introduction call to signing on the dotted line (and extending even beyond to follow up checks). As trite as it may sound, Shad went above and beyond. We’ve got excellent realtor karma and have always been pleased with our realty experiences in the past. However, Shad put all that to absolute shame, leaving previous experiences in the dust. He met needs we didn’t even know we had.
