Hiwan Hills is a North Evergreen neighborhood with home prices starting in the $700k+ and going up to around $2mm. It is conveniently located near Downtown Evergreen, Evergreen Lake, schools and I-70. Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built between the 1950's to the 1980's and there is a variety of architechtual styles such as mountain contemporary, ranch, mid-century modern and log cabin.  Homes are situated on generous sized lots ranging from .5 acres to up to 3 acres in size which can be some of the larger lots in all of north Evergreen.  Hiwan Hills is a very desirable neighborhood for its location near I-70 is close for Denver commuters.  It is in close proximity to Dedisee and Elk Meadow open space park where you can hike, mountain bike, picnic and horseback ride. Hiwan Hills is considered “Easy Mountain Living” as it is close to schools, grocery stores, downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake.  This neighborhood has mainly city water, sewer (some with septic), county maintained roads and high speed Internet. I personally live in Hiwan Hills and I love where I live. I have amazing mountain views from my house. Hiwan Hills is definitely one of the most desirable neighborhoods in North Evergreen.  Be sure to put it on your list when shopping for your dream mountain home!
